money or issue you a Garden Expressions credit. Should you choose
to return your item, please do so within 30 days (Sorry, shipping
charges cannot be reimbursed). Please contact us before returning
your product for an authorization number. Then ship item(s)
prepaid with the original invoice to: Garden Expressions, 22627

SAFE Online Ordering: Orders placed
on our web-site are completely secure. We understand that you
may have concerns about using your credit card to make a purchase
online. We use Secure Server Software - Secure Socket Layer
- (SSL) that encrypts all the data you send us, including the
credit card number, name, and address, preventing any unauthorized
party from intercepting and copying your information.
How to Place Your Order: You will find a "Add to
Cart" button by the item. Once you click the "Add
to Cart" button you will be taken to an area that asks
for the zip code that you are shipping to. This then takes you
to a secure page that shows what you have ordered and gives
you shipping options. You can modify quantities on this screen
if you wish. If you place a zero in a quantity on this screen,
you will remove the item from your cart. You may also continue
to shop by clicking the "Continue to Shop" button
at the bottom of the screen. Once you are done shopping you
will then click the button "Send order Secure" and
be taken to the final checkout. Here you will be asked for billing
and shipping information and your credit card information. This
is highly secure and encrypted as denoted by the padlock (Internet
Explorer) or the key (Netscape Navigator). This prevents your
information from being intercepted by anyone but us. You are
then taken to a page to double check your billing, shipping
addresses and select your shipping option. If something needs
changing go back one page and correct it, if everything looks
good , proceed to the "Confirm your Order" button
at the bottom of the screen. You have now sent your order and
will have been given an order number. Print this page or write
the order number down for future reference.
Order Processing: Once you have
placed your order, it is our goal to have it shipped out that
day (if received before 1:00PM pacific time). However, if for
some reason, we are unable to do that, we will notify you by

Money orders and checks as forms of payment on our website.
If you prefer to send a check or money order, we will process

required to collect state sales tax from orders that are billed
from a Washington State address.
Privacy Policy: Garden Expressions does not loan, trade
or sell names or emails of our customers. You'll never receive
junk mail from other companies as a result of doing business
